SUPPORT SERVICES (rate per hour)
Standard 6am-8pm $65
Evening 8pm-12am $78
Saturday $90
Sunday $106
Public Holiday $140
Transport is charged at $1.30 per kilometre
GARDEN AND LAWN CARE AND MAINTENANCE
Lawn mowing, pruning, weeding, waste removal.
Note that larger general maintenance and tidy services are quoted individually.
Services 2+ hours (rate per hour)
• Gardening $55–$60 ph
• Lawn mowing priced per property.
NDIS SUPPORTS
NDIS Support services are billed according to the current NDIS pricing guidelines:
• Daily Personal Activities
• Assistance with Travel/Transport Arrangements
• Household Tasks
• Participation in Community, Social and Civic Activities.
INVOICING TERMS
Invoices are strictly seven (7) days.
Overdue accounts may incur an additional fee.
All services will be rounded and charged to the nearest 15 minutes.
CANCELLATION POLICY
MSF advises clients that there is a requirement to provide 24 hours’ notice to MSF when a planned service is to be cancelled - or a full fee cost will be invoiced to the client.
FEE CHANGES
Fees may be changed at any time with reasonable notice given.
